"Bob Powell's Terror" Makes the Top Ten List with Terrific Accolades

Friday, Dec 16th, 2011

"Bob Powell's Terror", the 2nd book in our "Chilling Archives of Horror Comics", makes the top ten list with terrific accolades over at USA Today!

Webcomics and nostalgia top the best graphic novels of 2011

Ahem, last year "Felix the Cat: The Great Comic Book Tales" made the USA Today list (and that book has just now been released in an attractive, affordable paperback).

Oh, and did we mention that we have made the FRONT page of USA today TWICE with our books, "Secret Identity: The Fetish Art of Superman's Co-creator Joe Shuster" (Abrams) and "Archie: A Celebration of America's Favorite Teenagers".

As we celebrate Yoe Books' Second Anniversary (the first book of the IDW imprint "The Art of Ditko" came out two years ago) we have only just begun. F'instance: a follow-up Ditko companion volume is in the works with unpublished art and photos and celebrity essays, and today a whopping deluxe 256 page book "Funny Stuff by Frank Frazetta" was announced with ultra-rare material and a revealing introduction by Ralph Bakshi.
