Return To Barrow #1 and Dawn Of The Dead #1 Both Sell Out!

30 Days Of Night: Return To Barrow #1 and George A. Romero's Dawn Of The Dead #1 have both sold out at Diamond Comic Distributors. Both books have gone back to press for second printings, which will be available soon.

IDW Publishing printed enough for the first printings with a hefty cushion for reorders, but they didn't last long. This follows a string of sellouts for IDW Publishing, including Silent Hill #1 and #2.

Ted Adams, IDW's President and Publisher, said, "I'm thrilled that the demand for our books continues to exceed our sales expectations. I know that our retail partners have a tough job - every month they've got to make ordering decisions on hundreds of new products. As more and more of our books sell out, I hope that we'll continue to see an increase in initial orders from our retail friends."

30 Days of Night: Return to Barrow, written by Steve Niles, with art by Ben Templesmith, is a sequel miniseries to the groundbreaking 30 Days of Night. George A. Romero's Dawn of the Dead, adapted by Steve Niles with art by Chee, is a comic book adaptation of the classic zombie movie.  Both are full color, 32-page comic books, with retail prices of $3.99.
